William Reid
Chief Executive Officer
William Reid is a global financial and investment executive with over 30 years experience in energy, finance and private equity. Mr. Reid serves as Chief Executive Officer of Danksammer Energy, LLC and Chairman of Rove Charging, a Southern California based EV charging center developer. He previously served as Head of Infrastructure for Guggenheim Partners, a $220 billion global asset manager, Head of North America for RREEF Infrastructure, a $12 billion global infrastructure investor owned by Deutsche Bank, and Co-Managing Partner of Chartwell Investments, a middle market private equity firm with over $4 billion of completed investments. In addition, Mr. Reid served as Global Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage for Morgan Stanley & Co. and Head of High Yield Finance for Credit Suisse First Boston. He is a graduate of Yale University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of NTE Ohio, NTE North Carolina, PPC Industries, Sentinel Energy Center, Carey International, PlayCore Inc, and Richard Childress Racing. He has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Barnard College. Reid is also an Advisory Board member for the State University of New York, Stonybrook’s Institute of Gas, Innovation and Technology, which is a consortium of academic and industry partners focused on finding power solutions that support a clean energy economy

Howard Taylor
Chief Operating Officer, Danskammer Energy, LLC
Howard Taylor has almost 30 years of development, project and asset management experience in conventional power, solar, wind, water, wastewater and natural gas infrastructure. Mr. Taylor serves as Chief Operating Officer of Danskammer Energy, LLC and as an Operating Partner of Tiger Infrastructure. Previously, Mr. Taylor was the CEO of Envia Energy, a landfill gas to liquids facility company. Prior to Enviva, Howard spent 5 years with NRG as the SVP of Asset Management and Development for the Gulf region where he was responsible for more than 12,500 MW of nuclear, wind, coal and gas fired generation assets. He has directed the development of more than 12,000 MWs of power generation facilities as well as various other infrastructure assets – gas pipelines, water and wastewater systems, and electric transmission. He has held positions in engineering, development, operations, legal, M&A, and has previously held senior positions within NRG, Calpine, LS Power, General Electric and Tessera Solar. He sits on the board of Atlas Scholars a charitable education program in Houston, and is an advisory board member to other organizations in the energy infrastructure space. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, and additionally holds MBA, JD and LLM degrees, with an emphasis in energy and natural resources.
Thomas Gray
Chief Financial Officer, Danskammer Energy, LLC
Thomas Gray is a finance, investment and asset management professional with 22 years of experience in energy and infrastructure. Mr. Gray serves as Chief Financial Officer of Danskammer Energy LLC. He previously served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Inc., a $7.6 billion global infrastructure private equity fund, and as Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers Inc.’s Global Power and Utilities group. Mr. Gray was responsible for the asset management of 18 infrastructure and energy investments and served as a director on nine boards while with Morgan Stanley, including: MATEP LLC, Southern Star Central Corp., SAESA Group, Montreal Gateway Terminals LP, Madrileña Red de Gas, Hornet Midstream Pipeline, LLC, Chicago Parking Meters, LLC, Chicago Loop Parking, LLC and AMI Group, LLC. During his tenure at Lehman Brothers Inc., he executed over $20 billion in power and utility financings and provided strategic and M&A advisory to power generation assets and utilities. Mr. Gray received an MBA in Finance and Management and a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Jan Garcia
Director of Engineering and Projects, Danskammer Energy, LLC
Jan is an experienced conventional and nuclear engineering specialist with capital project management experience. Jan served as a Project Manager and power station engineer for NRG . He also worked as the Instrumentation and Controls Supervisor Design Engineer for Energy at Indian Point Nuclear Center. Jan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
